IF YOU PLAY AN INTELLECT DEVOURER, CAN AN OPPONENT PLAY ANY CARDS TO
RAISE HIS LEVEL, OR DEFEAT THE INTELLECT DEVOURER (LIGHTNING BOLT FOR
EXAMPLE)? No.

WHEN YOU HAVE A CHAMPION IN YOUR POOL WITH A RING OF SHOOTING STARS
(#208) DOES THE +1 HE CAN LEND WORK FOR EACH ROUND OF BATTLE, OR ONLY
ONCE A BATTLE? The ring works for each round of battle.

DOES A RING OF REGENERATION (#58RL) WORK AGAINST SOMETHING THAT SAYS IT
DESTROYS THE CHAMPION? FOR EXAMPLE, STRAHD (#100RL) IS WEARING THE RING
OF REGENERATION, WHEN AN OPPONENT PLAYS THE HOLY SYMBOL OF RAVENKIND
(#68RL), IS STRAHD DISCARDED? In the above case Strahd would be
protected. The ring brings back anyone from card death. But if the ring
is destroyed by some means, then there isn't a problem anymore.

WHEN YOU USE THE HAGS OF TEMPEST (#94RL) AND USE THEIR POWER OF PULLING
ANY SPELL FROM YOUR DRAW DECK, DO YOU HAVE TO ABIDE BY THE PLAY TURN
LISTED ON THE CARD? THAT IS, IF YOU'RE IN BATTLE CAN YOU PLAY A CARD
THAT SAYS IT MUST BE CAST ON OFF/3 (LIKE DISINTEGRATE)? You must abide
by the combat sequence and if the spell is a 3 and you are in 4, you
are out of luck.

DOES THE DESERT EVENT (#312) FORCE A PLAYER TO DISCARD LOLTH (#166) OR
STRAHD (#100RL) WHO ARE RETURNED IF DEFEATED? ALSO, WHAT DOES A RING OF
REGENERATION (#58RL) DO WITH THE DESERT EVENT? This event forces
monsters into the discard pile no matter what their powers might be.
Lolth and Strahd would indeed have to go into the discards.

IF YOU ATTACK WITH THE HEADLESS HORSEMAN (#88RL), DOES HE HAVE TO
CHOOSE IF HE WANTS TO WIN BEFORE THE BATTLE OR AFTER HIS OPPONENT PICKS
THE DEFENDING CHAMPION? The horseman can take the option to use his
power any time from the beginning of the battle round to the end of
that single battle round.

IF YOU PLAY THE MYRMIDONS (#61) ARE THEY SHUFFLED BACK INTO THE DECK
ALSO? Yes.

IS THERE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ONE CARD THAT YOU CAN HAVE IN YOUR DECK AT
ONE TIME? FOR EXAMPLE, CAN YOU HAVE 5 GLADIATORS IN YOUR DECK? The
revised tournament rules call for: 'In addition, no individual card can
appear in a deck more than twice.' This is really the best way to play
the game.
