SimCity is a collectible card game made by
Mayfair Games. It is a collectible card game that departs
from other games in many ways. It is the only one I know of that
is more like a board game and is almost completely
non-competitive--in fact it emphasizes working together.
Also, you all share one deck (rather than requiring a deck for
each player) so only one person needs to buy into the game to
have fun with friends.
The goal is to make $250 by building city blocks. You make the
most money when you plan well and make big zones, but so do your
opponents.
I find the game refreshing and fun. You can get into it
really cheaply since the game did not become very popular.
