The official rulings summaries are compiled by Crystal Keep's own
Stephen D'Angelo. They are published monthly (since January 1994!)
and comprise the most up-to-date and most comprehensive collection
of Magic rules and rulings available.
This release covers Magic 2010 rules.
We welcome feedback and discussion on Magic or this site on the
